An Autocar Xpeditor concrete mixer truck is on display this week at the World of Concrete Show in Las Vegas, signaling the OEM's intent to broaden its vocational product line.

Autocar LLC vp of sales and marketing Michael Popovich said the truck delivers superior off-road traction, stability and productivity compared to conventional mixer trucks equipped with all wheel drive.

The Autocar Xpeditor WX as a concrete mixer. The truck is an Xpeditor WX low-cab-over engine (LCOE) mixer truck. Its features include a Dana-Spicer tire pressure control system and the Autocar T-Ride Suspension.

"Combine all this with the Xpeditor WX's excellent visibility and maneuverability and you've got a truck that will help mixer operators boost route productivity and reduce vehicle operating costs," Popovich said.

In addition to a fully welded, galvanized steel cab, the Xpeditor WX features frame rails made of 110,000-psi heat-treated steel joined by back-to-back aluminum crossmembers.
