California Highway Shooter Suspect Arrested

The Associated Press (AP) has reported that a Keith Tomlinson, 36, has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a series of shootings at cars, which hit at least one automobile, on California Highway 101. AP reported that he was arrested at his home in the El Capitan Ranch area of Santa Barbara County in southern California.
