"Interest in upgrading existing diesel engines is increasing dramatically," said DTF executive director Allen Schaeffer. "The one thing everyone wants to know is whether there is funding available to offset the costs of making these improvements. This new directory will be a primary resource for answering that crucial question."

Schaeffer said the directory is geared to trucking and transit bus fleet owners and operators, equipment operators and government officials. He said DTF's goal is to provide the most up-to-date information about incentive and grant funds available, eligibility criteria and all of the necessary contact information in a single database.
