The Dwyer Group has chosen Teletrac, Inc.’s onboard vehicle location tracking systems for its 800 franchisees in the U.S. and Canada.

The Waco-Texas based company’s franchises include: Air Serv Heating & Air Conditioning, Glass Doctor, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Rooter, Mr. Electric and Rainbow International Restoration and Cleaning.

“All of our franchise businesses provide on-site service calls. Their workforce of technicians is constantly on the move. With Teletrac, the owners can better manage their fleets to improve customer service and response times, increase the daily utilization of each vehicle, reduce vehicle operating costs and compile an on-going operational profile for better fleet management decision-making,” said Mike Bidwell, Chief Operating Officer of the Dwyer Group.

In addition to tracking, two-way real time communication and operating data, Teletrac’s Fleet Director can be programmed to provide an alert if a vehicle is being operated during unauthorized periods or is operated out of a pre-set boundary area.
