FleetPride CEO resigns

FleetPride Inc., one of the nation's largest aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, said that John J. Greisch has resigned as the company’s president, CEO and director. Greisch’s resignation will become effective when FleetPride appoints his successor, the company said.

FleetPride added that an “active search” for his successor is currently underway, and that Greisch will work with the company’s chairman and operating executives during the transition period.

FleetPride operates more than 160 locations in 33 states and carries a full line of brand name parts as well as an assortment of private brand parts. In addition, FleetPride offers in-house re-manufactured products such as brake shoes, transmissions, rear axles and driveline components. Truck and trailer repair services are also offered at a number of locations.
