Ford Motor Co. is recalling 275,000 of its F-Series trucks manufactured from December 1992 until August 1993 because of possible problems with their fuel systems that could result in fire. The recall of the F-150, F-250 and F-350 pickups involves models equipped with gasoline engines and dual fuel tanks and stemmed from problems with a fuel pressure regulator.
Dearborn, Mich.-based Ford said there have been no reports of accidents or injuries involving any of the recalled vehicles.
