Donn Kramer has been named director of marketing, commercial tire systems, in the North American Tire unit of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Most recently, Kramer served as director of Goodyear consumer tire marketing. He returned to the North American Tire organization in 2002 after serving as Goodyear’s director, global product planning. He started his Goodyear career in the company’s retail operations in 1972.

Dave Beasley has been named director of sales, commercial tire systems, after briefly heading up both sales and marketing duties in the North American Tire units commercial segment, which concentrates on both original equipment and replacement truck tires, along with retreading and truck service. Beasley began his Goodyear career with the company’s retail stores division, and also has worked in government sales, national accounts and a variety of regional sales positions. He was originally named director of commercial sales in 2002, and added the marketing duties for the commercial division this summer.
