The National Cargo Security Council (NCSC) will hold its 2004 Roundtable I: Food/Bio-Terrorism at the Holiday Inn on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC on February 11-12.
The roundtable discussion will be devoted to consumables supply chain, including bio-terrorism, theft, product tampering, money laundering and diversion fraud. An in-depth study of cargo crime in the food chain including bio-terrorism regulations will be explained.
Ten security-professionals from government, food associations and retailers will present 12 food-chain security issues, including an interactive discussion on raising the integrity of the food supply chain.
