Responding to inquires from customers and the media, officials of Pittsburgh-based MHF Logistical Solutions, Inc. have said they are not connected to the recent bankruptcy filing by MHF, Inc., and MHF Truck Service, trucking and warehouse companies.

"We are not related or connected in any way to the companies that have filed for bankruptcy," said John Evanko, MHF Logistical Solutions founder, CEO and president. "There was a time when MHF, Inc. owned some stock in MHF Logistical Solutions, Inc., but that connection no longer exists."

Evanko added: "We have had a limited number of inquiries from customers and media. Given the similarity in the names of the companies, some confusion is to be expected. MHF Logistical Solutions, Inc. is a financially sound, profitable company. We continue to serve customers and meet our obligations every day, and look forward to doing so for many years to come."

MHF Logistical Solutions, Inc. founded in 1994, designs and implements engineered packaging and transportation solutions for clients in a wide range of industries and governmental agencies.
