Paulsboro, NJ-based East Coast posted revenues of $33 million last year. Tontitown, AR-based P.A.M. expects the acquisition of East Coast to help expand its capabilities.
"The acquisition will provide a significant boost to the logistics revenues and logistics capabilities of P.A.M.," said P.A.M. president & CEO Bob Weaver. "It will also broaden our current list of customers and enhance the diversity of our customer base."
This is the second acquisition by P.A.M. in a year. It purchased Transcend Logistics in early 2002.
