TMC awards five with Silver Spark Plugs

The Technology & Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Assns. awarded its Silver Spark Plug Award to five trucking industry professionals during the Council's 2001 Fall Meeting in Jacksonville, FL.

Al Cohn, market manager, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.; Charlie J. Groeller, senior staff engineer, Mack Trucks Inc.; Richard A. Muth, general service manager, Eaton Corp.; Tom Smego, director of sales, Chicago Rawhide/SKF; and J. David Walters, warranty and field service supervisor, Alcoa Wheel Products International received the honor.

The recipients were awarded the Silver Spark Plug for their outstanding contributions to the improvement of equipment, its maintenance, and maintenance management through study group leadership.
