Operating units of each business will remain intact under the new arrangement while administrative and sales functions will be shared. Both USF Logistics and USF Distribution will continue to do business under their present names.
In his new position, Lilly will also have direct-line reporting responsibility for USF Processors.

USF Logistics operations provide complete supply chain solutions for online retailers and manufacturers; transportation management, dedicated fleet and contract warehousing.
