Workhorse expands service, parts operations
Walk-in truck maker Workhorse Custom Chassis says it now has the largest service network of any chassis manufacturer with over 500 certified customer service facilities in the U.S. and Canada. The service network supports free emergency roadside assistance for the length of Workhorse chassis warranties.

The company has also acquired a parts distribution operation, allowing it to improve its parts-fill rate and to ship 88% of ordered parts within 24 hrs.

Both the parts and service operations also support older Chevrolet and GMC walk-in chassis.
