LTL conglomerate Yellow Corp. has hired Daniel Churay as senior vp, general counsel and secretary. Churay comes to Overland Park, KS-based Yellow from the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. of Houston, TX, where he served as senior counsel, specializing in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and international law.
