FMCSA slates EOBR listening session

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has scheduled public meetings to collect feedback on its proposal to require only unsafe motor carriers to equip their trucks with electronic on-board recorders while providing incentives for other carriers to use the devices.

The listening sessions will be held on March 27 at the Crowne Plaza in Phoenix, AZ and April 2 at the Harold Washington Library in Chicago, IL.
