GE Equipment Services has announced its GE VeriWise Asset Intelligence trailer-tracking system is now available for use with refrigerated trailers, in addition to dry vans.

VeriWise has been configured to work first with Thermo-King-equipped refrigerated trailers, and will be made to work with other lines “shortly,” GE Equipment Services said.

VeriWise offers a geo-fencing feature that alerts fleet managers via phone or email when a VeriWise-equipped trailer leaves a pre-set geographic boundary to ensure cargo security.
