The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company announced that its Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems subsidiary has signed an exclusive agreement to develop and operate truck service centers at Pilot Travel Centers locations.

Wingfoot-operated Pilot Truck Care Centers will offer new tires, retread tires, limited mechanical service and preventive maintenance, as well as roadside assistance. Currently, eight Pilot Truck Care Centers are in operation.

The Truck Care Centers will be located at new and existing Pilot Travel Centers. According to the companies, the next 13 Pilot Truck Care Center locations have been identified and will begin operation by year-end.
 
Pilot Travel Centers operates 268 travel centers in 40 states.
