Greatec is SmartWay certified
Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire, LLC’s (BFNT) Greatec wide-base drive and wide-base trailer radials have been added to the list of EPA SmartWay-certified commercial tires, the company announced.
Tires must have over 3% better fuel economy than the average new tire to earn SmartWay certification, BFNT said.
SmartWay was created for shippers and carriers to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions, helping fleets spec for optimum fuel efficiency.
