I-95 reopens in Pennsylvania

Tinicum Township, PA police report that the southbound lanes of I-95 are open after a seven-hour shutdown that began at 2:30 a.m. this morning.

The lane closures occurred when a tractor-trailer and a fire truck collided while the fire truck was making a U-turn form the southbound lane at the Essington turnaround near Philadelphia International Airport, CBS Broadcasting Inc. reported.
