Trucking software supplier Karmak has hired Greg Holcomb as its manager of consulting

Trucking software supplier Karmak has hired Greg Holcomb as its manager of consulting. Holcomb will oversee Karmak’s entire consulting team. He will be responsible for continually researching customer and industry technological needs and working with the team to provide customers with consulting services that assist in meeting their business objectives, stated the company.

Holcomb joined Carlinville, IL-based Karmak in 1996 as human resources director and held this position for six years. He left the company in 2002 to take a position with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and rejoined to assume his new role.

Greg’s extensive management experience combined with his previous Karmak experience made him the best choice for this position,” said Mike Kirk, director of customer services. Holcomb’s focus emphasizes the development of new customer relationships as well as the strengthening and advancement of the current ones. Holcomb’s plans are to enhance Consulting services and present Karmak customers with a wide range of expanded consulting options from which to choose.”
