Kenworth extends Landstar rebate

Kenworth Truck Co. has announced it will extend its rebate program with Landstar through 2008, offering a $1,000 rebate to independent contractors who buy Kenworth sleeper truckers and provide Landstar with transportation capacity.

Eligible trucks include the T660, T800 and W900 models with 72-inch AeroCab or 86-inch Studio AeroCab sleepers, as well as the T2000 model with 75-inch Aerodyne sleeper.

"Owner-operators are extremely loyal to The World's Best trucks and Kenworth is pleased to again offer this $1,000 rebate program in cooperation with Landstar," said Gary Moore, Kenworth assistant gm for marketing & sales.
