Kenworth Truck Co. has named Kenworth of South Florida as a new dealer serving the south Florida region that includes the counties surrounding Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, Vero, Okeechobee and Naples, as well as the Florida Keys

Kenworth Truck Co. has named Kenworth of South Florida as a new dealer serving the south Florida region that includes the counties surrounding Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, Vero, Okeechobee and Naples, as well as the Florida Keys.

Kenworth of South Florida has purchased the assets of Broward Truck and Equipment in Fort Lauderdale. Plans by dealer owners Todd Hays and Phil Mitchell call for expanding customer service in the area.

“Kenworth of South Florida offers the full line of premium Kenworth heavy and medium duty trucks with special focus on vocational, on-highway and medium-duty fleets and operators involved in the region’s dynamic growth,” said Todd Hays, Kenworth of South Florida president.

Kenworth of South Florida is located near the Port of Fort Lauderdale and I-95 in a 20,000 sq.-ft. full-service facility. The address is 2909 South Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.
