LeasePlan USA announced that it has now surpassed 10-million images available in its online fleet management tool, ePlan, since the company began to shift towards paperless operations in 1993.

The images available online include vehicle order confirmations as well as service and lease images, such as accident reporting, vendor and manufacturer invoices and correspondence, collision photographs, auction bills of sales, and upfitting specifications, the company said.

“Having these images available online is not only eco-friendly, but provides an easy and efficient method for our clients to access this critical information to streamline the management of their fleet,” said Jon Toups, national vp, sales, marketing & client relations.
