MHC redesigns website

Based on research and direct feedback from many of its customers, the Kansas-based truck dealership network Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) recently redesigned their website (www.mhctruck.com) for easier use, including a truck search bar to permit customers to search New & Used Inventory from every page of the Web site and a link to the ‘Find a Location’ feature from every page in the site.

The new site also has a “Sell My Truck” feature designed to enable customers to start the process of selling a truck to MHC’s Used Truck Department plus an expanded newsroom and careers section. A secure customer “extranet,” to be launched in the coming months, will also provide MHC’s customers with a set of applications tied to their own accounts with the company.

“Our new website will help us better serve our customers,” noted president Tim Murphy. “Its increased functionality will allow users to more easily navigate the site, find locations within the MHC network and find information about current parts and service specials and dealership events.”
