Rostra Precision Controls’ RearSight back-up camera system is now available for the 2007 Toyota Tundra, the company has announced.

The RearSight system mounts to the truck’s tailgate latch and features a 0.5 Lux shrouded CCD camera, an Electronic Auto Iris, an anti-fog lens and a waterproof case, Rostra said. The system also comes with a 3.5 in. TFT rear-view mirror/monitor with three video inputs and an anti-glare tint.

"Our Tundra RearSight is especially useful for work truck and fleet owners because it can help those drivers better navigate construction sites or avoid backover accidents when hauling large objects in the truck bed," said Sibyl Ringsdorf, manager of marketing & national accounts for Rostra.  "Drivers using this kit will be able to see behind their trucks and better protect their vehicles while ensuring the safety of others."
