"Interest in the Bullet has been high," said Matt Stevenson, director of light commercial vehicles for Sterling. "In fact, we've filled our production on the Bullet for the rest of 2007. We're excited for our customers to start putting them to work."

The Bullet is aimed at such applications as construction, utility, residential services, landscaping, municipal services, and P&D, the OEM said. It comes standard with a Cummins 6.7L ISB engine with exhaust brake, a power takeoff prep package, air conditioning and cruise control.
