Trincon to offer costing webinar

In association with TMW Systems, trucking consulting firm Trincon will host a webinar on costing methods that can help improve profits in the trucking industry.

Trincon said the 90-minute interactive webinar will explain the profitability of pricing, how to increase truck productivity, the difference between the cost of a company versus contractor trucks and the cost effects of time and distance. Using a “mock” truckload carrier and profitability analysis, attendees will have the opportunity to experience a real-life situation while giving input and actively participating in the program.

”We created the ABC System 25 years ago as an integral part of our services to over 150 trucking companies,” said Duff Swain, president of Trincon. “This [webinar] program will cover all the bases of creating a strategic cost analysis system that will be successful in today's economy.”

The program is designed for CEOs, CFOs, CMOs and COOs and participation costs $99. After registering for the event, participants will receive Trincon’s ABC manual, said Swain, explaining how to set up an ABC system, a copy of the presentation and a “mock” carrier worksheet for use during the interactive profit analysis.
