Wabash taps former Peterbilt exec

Lafayette, IN-based trailer maker Wabash National Corp. has appointed Bruce Ewald vp & gm of Wabash National Trailer Centers, its network of factory-owned sales and service outlets.

Ewald spent the last 14 years with Paccar’s Peterbilt subsidiary in a variety of positions, most recently as assistant gm in charge of sales and marketing. Wabash said it hopes to use his truck OEM experience to support and grow both its independent dealerships and company-owned branches.
