A reformulation of its winter treatment for biodiesel reduces fuel gelling temperatures by as much as 30 degrees F, according to Penray (www.penray.com).

The new Winter Pow-R Plus Biodiesel Fuel Treatment was developed for B2 to B20 blends. In addition to improving cold-weather flow to avoid filter plugging, it is also formulated to increase biodiesel fuel stability while improving cetane, lubricity and fuel economy, according to the company.

The additive is ULSD compliant and available in gallon containers and bulk volumes.
