YRC names Bruffett exec vp & CFO Aug 24, 2007 11:12 AM advertisement
YRC Worldwide Inc. announced that Stephen Bruffett has been appointed exec. vp & CFO, effective Sept. 1, 2007. He will succeed Don Barger, who is retiring. Currently sr. vp sales & marketing for YRC National Transportation, Bruffett joined YRC in 1998. “Steve is uniquely qualified to fill this position,” said Bill Zollars, chairman, president and CEO of YRC Worldwide. “He has held numerous corporate finance positions and was instrumental in helping develop and support our China strategy. He also has gained operating experience at Yellow Transportation.” Bruffett holds an MBA from the University of Texas, as well as an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Arkansas. |
