NEW ORLEANS. TruStar Energy is showing its portable fuel system (PFS) this week at the 2013 Waste Expo, being held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
“TruStar provides comprehensive choices to those fleet owners that are looking toward moving away from diesel, but want a better choice of options to suit their specific fueling strategies,” said Adam Comora, TruStar Energy president.
The PFS is a self-contained fueling station with redundant compressors, providing the ability to fuel up to 10 vehicles simultaneously. The system generates 66 DGE [diesel gallon equivalent] per hour of fuel. The PFS can be delivered to a customer's location via roll off or flat bed.
In addition to providing design, construction and station maintenance, Comora said TruStar offers a “No-Cost Fuel Station Partnership.”
“Many fleets want to take advantage of the benefits provided by CNG, but don’t have the personnel or expertise to effectively operate or maintain the station. We provide them with a fueling station that is financed, operated, and maintained by TruStar, but designed specifically to suit their specific needs,” he said.
