Enterprise Fleet Management has launched a new mobile app that it said makes it easier for fleet managers and drivers to identify maintenance and other critical issues.

As an example, the company said it offers mobile appointment booking, allowing drivers to spend less time dealing with administrative tasks.

“Our customers and their drivers are increasingly spending less time sitting behind a desk and more time on the go,” said Jeff Schuchardt, vice president of information technology at Enterprise Fleet Management. “We’ve responded with enhancements to our mobile app that allow both fleet managers and drivers to easily view and manage their vehicles on the go.”

Other features include digital maintenance cards, multi-vehicle management, and odometer entries.

The mobile app was developed in partnership with St. Louis-based consulting firm Sense Corp.
