Marathon Data Systems, a provider of Software-as-a Service (SaaS) solutions for the field service and transportation and logistics industries, has named Joe Bonelli senior director of corporate marketing. Bonelli will lead the global marketing, branding and awareness strategies for Marathon Data Systems.

“The combination of existing executive leadership, company culture and Marathon’s position in the market place really drew me in,” said Bonelli. “Marathon’s existing solutions provide an outstanding value proposition for customers by enabling them to manage their businesses more efficiently while delivering improved customer service, promoting and growing their businesses in a way that other vendors simply cannot. I look forward to working closely with the Marathon team to further our position in the market and take the business to the next level.”

Bonelli most recently led North American marketing initiatives for EasyVista, a cloud-based IT service management solution vendor. Prior to EasyVista, Bonelli ran marketing teams at iCIMS, Inc. and Numara Software.
