Jan. 24, 2013

PHH Arval has named Jim Halliday senior vice president and chief business development officer for North America. Halliday, president of PHH Canada since 2006, will remain in that position.

A fleet industry executive for nearly a decade, Halliday first joined PHH to serve as client relations leader in central and eastern Canada. Before joining PHH, Halliday held sales, operations and management positions with Fundata Canada, Hollinger Mutual Fund Group and Vincent Associates.

“Jim’s leadership is characterized by unparalleled passion for understanding and serving customer needs and a competitive drive to win,” said George Kilroy, president & CEO. “He will add imagination, cohesion and urgency to unify our already strong business development and sales functions.”

In his new role, Halliday will focus on growing PHH Arval’s business through enhancing service solutions with new and existing clients, as well as aligning the company’s marketing, product development and consulting efforts to support these critical areas.

“I’m very excited to expand my role within PHH Arval, a company with a great history of customer service leadership and operational excellence,” said Halliday. “I’ve enjoyed building PHH’s leadership position in Canada and I’m thrilled to work to further increase the value we deliver to customers throughout North America.”
