PassTime, a provider of telematics and automated collection technology solutions, has launched a new fleet division. The division, PassTime Fleet Finance and Telematics, will use Geotab’s fleet management technology as the foundation of its solution portfolio.

The division will be led by Peter Fowler, who successfully launched what turned into the market leading U.S. M2M business of Siemens. In addition, PassTime has brought on Harald Fritz, who was formerly at Web-Tech Wireless.
