FleetFocus will integrate with NAPA Integrated Business Solution software, which Greenwich uses for parts management. The town also expects the software’s functionality to improve communication of fleet data with customers, to offer shop portals with easy-to-use interfaces for technicians, and dashboards that illustrate key performance indicators in graphical format.
“We are pleased to welcome the town of Greenwich as a customer. Greenwich joins several AssetWorks customers in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state region including the County of Westchester, County of Nassau; County of Suffolk; and the City of Norwalk,” said Carl Bruce, vice president of sales and marketing, AssetWorks. “The fact that Greenwich selected AssetWorks in part because of customer recommendations in their local region is a testament to our dedication to building long-term partnerships with our customers.”
