Supply chain consulting services firm enVista will be hosting several sessions at the National Conference of Operations and Fulfillment (NCOF) show to address warehouse productivity and LEAN practices.

The sessions, to be held April 4-6, 2011, during the NCOF show in Las Vegas, will feature case studies and detail best practices to help improve profitability and optimize supply chain processes, enVista said.

“enVista’s supply chain consultants bring decades of experience helping direct-to-consumer companies run lean distribution operations,” said Ken Mullen, senior managing partner. “Our presentations will help companies discover new opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and optimize their supply chain networks using Lean principles and practices.”
