Prophesy Transportation Solutions is addressing the needs of less-than-truckload carriers with an expansion to its popular Dispatch Series solution. The company said Dispatch LTL is tailored to the needs of both LTL carriers and brokers.
Prophesy said the extension reduces dispatching costs and improve efficiency through rules-based automated processing. It includes modules for order management, asset tracking, rating and billing, carrier and driver settlements, online shipment tracking, fuel tax reporting and more. Each of the modules is fully integrated as well, eliminating duplicate data entry while reducing errors.
Among the features carriers can take advantage of are least-cost loads optimization, multi-mode movement capability, custom shipping and accessorial rates through an automatic rating engine, administration of commissions and the opportunity to perform LTL cost and revenue analysis down to the individual leg level.
