Navman upgrades online tracking system with OnlineAVL2

New reports that offer a snapshot of overall fleet operations lead the new features for OnlineAVL2, an online vehicle tracking and logistics system from Navman Wireless North America.  Data for OnlineAVL2 is supplied by the compan’s Qube in-vehicle satellite tracking hardware, which supports street level mapping, geofencing, two-way messaging and driver activity reporting.

The updated software now offers executive summary reports for multiple vehicle groups within a fleet or for the entire fleet operation on a single screen. The new reports include total hours, total travel time, total distance, total idling hours and stop time for vehicle groups or the entire fleet. Managers can specify timeframes and generate fleet averages for each metric, as well as automatically email reports to specific users, according to Navman.
