According to Innovative, the system is powered by any standard car battery and can handle loads of up to 20 amps per circuit, allowing a technician to scan for faults, overloads, cross and open circuits and ground integrity.

The tester comes with a remote control that allows a technician to manually select power to each circuit while visually inspecting the lights and ABS control module, the company said.
