Federal Signal CEO named to Navistar board

Federal Signal Corp. president & CEO William H. Osborne has been appointed to the Navistar International board of directors.

Federal Signal Corp. president & CEO William H. Osborne has been appointed to the Navistar International board of directors.

The 49-year-old Osborne replaces Marc Belton, an executive vp with General Mills Inc. Osborne will serve as a member of the finance committee. He joined Federal Signal in September 2008 after holding senior-level positions with Ford Motor Co.
