Bridgestone introduces Greatec M703

Fleets can expect improved projected mileage, fuel savings, enhanced traction and retreadability with the Greatec M703, according to Bridgestone officials. The new tire will replace the Greatec M835A Ecopia.

Bridgestone Americas has introduced the Greatec M703 Ecopia ultra-wide base tire for long-haul and regional applications.This new tire will replace the Greatec M835A Ecopia.

The Greatec M703 provides fleets with “improved projected mileage, fuel savings, enhanced traction and retreadability,” according to Bridgestone officials.

“Bridgestone’s line of Ecopia products continues to improve with each new tire, and the Greatec M703 is the latest example of our team’s ability to create a tire that directly addresses the needs of our customers,” says Brian Cunningham, VP of fleet solutions, Bridgestone Americas.

“With the M703, fleets can expect to see improved fuel efficiency and tire wear, which can help lower their total cost of ownership and help businesses improve their bottom line.”

The new tire has a high-density tread pattern and a long-wearing compound. Other features and benefits include improved projected milage; lower rolling resistance; long-lasting biting edges for better traction; Bridgestone's Waved Belt and Turn In Ply technology for retreadability; and the tiremaker's ENLITEN technology.

The Greatec M703 Ecopia is currently available in size 445/50R22.5.
