Harbour Group, St. Louis, MO, has acquired Fort Mill, SC-based Alemite LLC, a manufacturer of lubrication equipment. Alemite will be part of Harbour's Lubricating Systems Group, which also includes Lincoln Industrial Corp. www.harbourgroup.com

Carlisle Motion Control Industries has acquired the heavy-duty brake lining and brake shoe assets of Zhejiang Kete, located in Hangzhou, China, enabling Carlisle to increase its friction block capacity by more than 40% and add new OE-quality brake shoes to its product offering. www.carlislemotion.com

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has verified Donaldson's multi-stage diesel filter muffler (DFM) system for model-year 1991 to 2002 diesel engines used in on-road applications operating on ultra-low-sulfur diesel fuel. The verification includes DFM systems with or without the Donaldson Spiracle crankcase.

Tenneco announced that it has been awarded a contract to supply International Truck and Engine Corp. with exhaust aftertreatment systems for its entire line of medium-duty diesel vehicles with International engines, launching in 2007.
