A new alignment system from Bee Line is said to allow the alignment of everything from the smallest vehicle to the largest heavy-duty trucks. The LC7080 Laser computer wheel alignment system integrates with the Bee Line Rear Axle Aligner for use with tractor and trailer rear axles, the company said.
“The advanced technology in this system allows us to provide our customers a reliable, accurate and simple method to efficiently align anything that comes through their doors, ” said Bee Line senior vp Lee McLaughlin.
The LC7080 allows for alignments on the floor, on a lift or on a runway system and includes LCD monitors built into four wireless alignment heads with live readings and a user-friendly built-in calibration fixture to calibrate the system in minutes, said Bee Line.
Another key feature is the ability to achieve pinpoint accuracy on the first attempt thanks to advanced steering wheel centering calculations and a help section in the WindSpeed 7000 software which includes videos, the company added. The WindSpeed software alerts the tech when the vehicle is within spec and generates before and after color printouts.
