Performance Truck relocates Beaumont dealership

Performance Truck – Beaumont has relocated to a new 60,000 square-foot facility about 3 miles east of its previous location. The new facility, which is 35 miles west of the Louisiana/Texas state line and one block off U.S. Interstate 10, offers 30 service bays.The full-service Kenworth dealership, located at 3755 Hollywood St., offers a 10,000 square-foot parts department complete with more than 5,000 square feet of warehouse space and 5,000 square feet of parts display, stocked with Kenworth proprietary and TRP all-makes parts, the company said. Performance Kenworth, a division of Performance Truck, has also completed a remodel of the Houston full-service location, which increased its parts warehouse and showroom floor space providing more room for Kenworth and TRP parts. The Houston store is located at 6855 North Loop 610 East.“The opening of our new Beaumont full-service location and the remodel of the Houston store will substantially improve our customer services in the area,” said Dayne Yeager, general manager for Performance Truck. “At Beaumont, we’ll be able to greatly expand our inventory of trucks and parts inventory. And with more front counter stations, an automated front entry door and a new will-call window for parts pick-up, our Houston location will offer truck fleets and operators faster service. The location will also have more parts in stock for our customers when they need them.”Performance Truck also operates Kenworth dealerships in Austin (Buda), Baytown, Bryan, Cleveland, Jasper, Lufkin, Rosenberg, and Victoria, the company said.
