Michelin unveils new tire designed for fleet performance

Designed with a total cost of ownership in mind, the Michelin Agilis HD All-Season tire delivers all-season performance.

Michelin is expanding the Agilis HD family of tires, which it says are engineered for longevity, durability, and traction.

Built with total cost of ownership in mind, the Michelin Agilis HD All-Season tire is 3PMSF rated for severe snow with long-lasting traction enabled by Michelin’s proprietary Regenion technology and 3D Matrix Siping. To reduce downtime, the Agilis HD All-Season tire is designed to resist damage from curb scraping with CurbGard technology. Its long casing life, durability, and toughness are derived from a three full-width steel belt design.

“Michelin continues to innovate and provide tire technology that enhances the total cost of ownership for our fleet partners,” Pierluigi Cumo, VP of B2B marketing at Michelin North America, said. “The Agilis HD All-Season tire is specifically designed to withstand the demands of urban applications. That means reducing downtime, increasing driver confidence, and helping to make deliveries on time, every time.”

The new Michelin HD All-Season All Position 19.5 tire is backed by a 20% More Mileage Guarantee. Michelin said the tire provides up to 21% better rolling resistance with its dual-tread compounding technology: a retreadable casing that extends tire life to reduce costs. It can be used on any wheel position in any season.

“The Agilis HD All-Season all-position tire is the perfect complement to our Agilis family of tires,” Cumo said. “Built specifically with last-mile delivery in mind, the Agilis HD All-Season tire or the Agilis family of tires are ideal where both mileage and traction are needed.”

The Michelin Agilis HD All-Season is now available in sizes 225/70R19.5 and 245/70R19.5.
