Jami Sargent has been with FTR since 2016, and prior to her role as COO, she was the company’s chief of staff. As a result of Sargent's efforts to implement processes across the organization and assume many other responsibilities, the organization was able to experience growth during the pandemic, according to the release.
“Jonathan and Jami’s nimble decision-making and ability to navigate an ever-changing business environment give me supreme confidence in their abilities to lead the organization into the next chapter of FTR’s journey," said Eric Starks, chairman of the board. "The entire board is excited about their ability to continue to deliver world-class service and market intelligence to our valued clients."
