Kenco recently acquired The Shippers Group, a Dallas-based third-party warehousing company. The partnership adds to Kenco’s capabilities by increasing capacity, extending geographic reach, and improving services.

Kenco, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, adds 3.8 million square feet of space across eight locations in Florida, Georgia, and Texas through this acquisition. Kenco customers will have access to The Shippers Group’s facilities, increased transportation capacity, and co-packaging know-how and processes.
