International, Intra form aftermarket deal

Intra Technologies and International Truck and Engine Corp. have sealed a deal to distribute Intra products through International dealers throughout North America. According to Robert Stanley, product manager for International, the OEM's dealers will offer three aftermarket variations of Tukwila, WA-based Intra's Low-Voltage Disconnect (LVD) device as well as Intra's Jump-Start Prevention Kit. Intra Technologies and International Truck and Engine Corp. have sealed a deal to distribute Intra products through International dealers throughout North America.

According to Robert Stanley, product manager for International, the OEM's dealers will offer three aftermarket variations of Tukwila, WA-based Intra's Low-Voltage Disconnect (LVD) device as well as Intra's Jump-Start Prevention Kit.

LVD allows truck drivers to use electrical appliances on the road while preserving enough battery power to start the engine. The device monitors battery levels and automatically disconnects the power when battery voltage reaches low levels.
