Cummins launches QuickServe Online

Cummins Inc. has launched its QuickServe Online website, which it said allows fleet and national account customers to access the same online system for parts and service information used by Cummins dealers and distributors worldwide. Cummins Inc. has launched itsQuickServe Online website, which it said allows fleet and national account customers to access the same online system for parts and service information used by Cummins dealers and distributors worldwide.

Mike Champlin, director, PowerCare eBusiness & information products, said QuickServe Online customers can get quick access to real-time, daily updated parts and service information with the click of a mouse.

By using an engine's serial number, QuickServe Online can sort through eight million Cummins engines and a million documents to find accurate, up-to-the-minute parts and service information about a customer's engine, Cummins said.
